Refund policy

The short version: The Off Duty Kit is a digital download you get instantly after paying, so sales are generally final once the file is available to you. But we'll make it right if something goes wrong.

We will refund or fix it if:

• You were charged twice (or charged by mistake) for the same kit.
• You can't download it and we can't get it working for you.
• The file is broken or doesn't match what the sales page describes, and we can't replace it.

To ask, use the support form and include the email you paid with and your Stripe receipt number. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
